Evergreen trefoil, glass ring, love-token, life-token, based on the medieval marginalia of illuminated manuscripts. 23.5k gold leaf applied in the flame - the trick is not to burn it all off.... this deep and mysterious blue really glows in the light. Trailing Winter Beauty Clematis plant from the garden - until recently submerged in snow.
